600 on the track = 200 in the pool?

Tuesday’s workout: 5 x 600 with 200 easy jog between.

Except, I don’t know what I’m doing on the track. So as I was jogging there I had to convert it into a swimming set to understand what I was about to do. “Hrm, so 600’s will be about 2:00 or a bit over, so that’s like a 200 in the pool. Hard. With a minute or so rest.. Oh shit. This is really going to hurt.”

It did.
